Quick baked chocolate cake

The cake below was baked 4 days ago while I was very busy with my assignments and craving for cake. So to make it quick, I bake a small cake out of whatever ingredients I can get from the pantry, into the oven and poof! Looks ugly, so I sprinkled some cocoa on the top to cover its ugliness, and guess what, it taste great (except for the sprinkled cocoa, I forgot that it was bitter)!

Chocolate cake baked from microwave

After I posted this picture into my Facebook, a few friends started asking for the recipe and I told them that I didn't have a proper measurement for this as I roughly make it and just dumped and mixed everything together and into a bowl.

Today, I decided to make the same cake again, this time with a proper measurement, so that I can share this recipe with everyone.

The second time with proper measurement

Simple Chocolate Cake Recipe (Microwave baked):
4 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp granulated sugar (depend on your taste)
1 tbsp margarine/butter
1 egg
4 tbsp milk

1. Get a bigger bowl, beat sugar and margarine/butter until soft and fluffy.
(So that it will make the rest of the mixing easier)

2. Then mix the egg, flour and cocoa powder. One at a time and mix well.
(It should be thick batter)

3. Lastly, pour in 4 tablespoons of milk and mix well as picture shown.

4. Now pour mixture into a microwave proof bowl, advised that it should be half full.

5. Bake in the microwave 2 minutes in medium heat, and it should look slightly gooey as shown in picture. If it does not, bake 1 minute each time until you get the gooey look or until it's dry.

6.     Leave it cool for a little while. It can be served hot too.

This is what I meant earlier about the ugliness,
the bottom part of the cake after flipping out of the bowl.

This is the other side of the cake, which is the top part when you bake.

Well, who cares how it looks like, what's more important is how it tastes like. And yes, delicious and taste much better than the first one I baked.
(You may add some topping of your own like melt chocolate, sprinkled icing sugar, ice cream and etc.)
